Time To Think About
... Christmas! Wow, a short 6 weeks away and we will be "Christmas-ing" for lack of a better word! Of course that means decorating, partying, last-minute shopping and of course, EATING! The one thing that will hopefully be checked off my list by then will be Christmas cards! MillieMay Photography (our new photography business) are taking shoots NOW to be able to adorn upcoming Christmas cards. We'll take the pictures and let Shutterfly do the rest! If you are planning on sending out Christmas cards this year, you need to check them out! I have used them in the past, and they are quality. Images are crystal clear, they have a ton of borders/styles to choose from, and they always include extra envelopes (there's always some oopsy made!) New styles this year are fresh, vibrant, and have lots of options such as number of pictures, various wording and fonts! Christmas cards won't be a chore this year! Check out their styles here: (click on the green words for easy access!) holiday cards , Christmas cards, and my all-time favorite Christmas Photo Cards! The best part about photo cards is that once the holidays are over, make a few snips and you are still left with a gorgeous picture of your favorite family, friends, or pets! Does this sound like a plug for Shutterfly? It is! Aren't you excited to get the Sauer's Christmas card this year??

Apple Girl
Who says kids don't like caramel apples? Our good friends make homemade caramel apples that are such a treat. Camryn always gets the inside of the leftover apple that I didn't eat...figure that one out. She's as happy as a lark though (and sticky as a maple tree) Maybe next year I will let her in on the little secret that she is missing out on the caramel....but until then, no one blow my cover!

Camryn turns 16 months!
Whoever said that language starts to explode around this time of life WASN'T KIDDING! Camryn turns 16 months on Sunday, as is talk- talk- talking away. Here's her new vocab list complete with pronunciations-
Emma (same) *these are my friend's kids
Toby( BO) *
waffle (faf)
orange (on-yay)
sorry (so-ee)
baby
puppy (woof woof)
sheep (baaa)
grape (p sound)
please (peeees) complete with her sign language chest rub.
She is also really enjoying her play food right now. She stirs and mixes and spoon feeds all her animals. She is SUPER sensitive and gives a kiss when I tell her to say sorry. She makes life so enjoyable but is REALLY BUSY!!

Rain, rain...
We finally got out a little at the end of this rainy day...Daddy was right there to help with the holding of the umbrella. It seems as if little princess wanted Daddy to do ALL the holding of the umbrella...shocker.
Hoping to get out a little tommorrow!

Well- we are off and running again! Daddy is back to school, Messiah soccer is in full swing and we are BUSY! I am keeping a friend's little girl 3 days a week so Camryn is enjoying having a playmate! Camryn has also moved to one nap a day and is still transitioning! She is doing better with each day!

- She knows many animals and can say their sounds!
- She can run!
- She still loves fruit...especially peaches at this time of the year!
- She is sleeping 7-7 (thank you Lord)

- She is still majorly attatched to her monkeys.
- We are working on drinking milk from a sippy cup and phasing out the bottle...
-We start kindermusik classes next week and I think she is going to love it!
- She tells "secrets" by whispering jibberish in your ear

-She tries to snap and loves to dance

Ice Cream
Tonight we took our first trip to my (Troy) favorite ice cream place, Bruster's. We had a coupon for buy one cone, get one free, so we decided to give Camryn her first taste of quality ice cream. Bethany and I got waffle cones of Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye (best ice cream ever) and Camryn got a baby cone of vanilla. It was a huge hit...she ate all of it. Enjoy the pictures !

Beach
This past week we were on a much needed vacation to the beach. We were in Stone Harbor for the week with my parents and Troy's parents, and we absolutely had the best time. We stayed a block from the beach in a sweet little place that suited us perfectly. Camryn even had her own little room that she loved, which helped make it even more of a vacation for Mommy and Daddy. (It's tough to share a room with a baby!!) Anyway, the weather was gorgeous EVERYDAY, and we had lots of beach time. I am thinking my next couple posts will be beach themed.....and I didn't disappoint..I took LOTS of pictures...

Old Stomping Grounds
Today was a perfect day to take a little hike around Messiah. Camryn saw some ducks, fish, squirrels, and thankfully no snakes! Troy was a trooper and carried her in the backpack which she loved. I think it's just something different with a good view! Here are some of my favorite pictures from such a beautiful day!!
